Successful candidate fills vacant position; ensures representation for Catholic ratepayers in Wards 4, 5, 7 & 8
The 好色tv (好色tv) is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank S.D. Alexander as Trustee for Markham Area 2: Wards 4, 5, 7, and 8, effective immediately. Mr. Alexander will be officially commissioned at a Special Board Meeting on October 4, 2021 at 5 pm. He will serve until the next municipal election on November 15, 2022.
Mr. Alexander is not new to the Board, having served as Trustee for Markham Area 2 from 2000-2006. During his previous tenure as Trustee, Mr. Alexander was respected as a faith champion and equity leader who focused on accountability and transparency in all Board matters. He is currently retired from his career as a learning and development consultant in the insurance industry, where he was known for his ability to work effectively in complex environments and build successful teams.

Mr. Alexander was selected using a standard recruitment process following a Trustee resignation, as outlined in the Ontario Election Act.
